Standard Processing Time is 5-7 business days.

Orders are shipped through USPS. Once order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update.

Crownedbytiara is not responsible for any delays due to shipping companies such as USPS. Please place your order in advanced in case of any delays.

Crownedbytiara is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages. Once item is shipped and tracking number is sent to customer's email, it is the customer's responsibility to track and to be updated on the location.
On Hand Bundles
Hair Still Needs To Be Purchased In Advance

On Hand Hair Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days (Not including holidays or weekends). Please purchase hair at least 4-5 business days in advance of hair appointment to ensure hair is in on time before your scheduled hair service.)

On Hand Hair and Wigs are available in a variety of textures and lengths.

All on hand hair orders will need to be picked up from Crownedbytiara directly.

Bundle Selection Tip:
Please keep in mind when selecting hair length, hair lengths can vary person to person due to height, head size , and neck length. Please use chart to estimate your desired length.
When ordering wavy or curly textures please be advised that those textures are only the exact length when stretched out. Wavy and curly textures shrink in length and can appear shorter than desired length. Wavy textures Normally shrink about 1-2” and curly textures shrink between 2-3”. Therefore, you may want to order a little longer in length when selecting curly or wavy textures. If you have additional questions or concerns on length and texture please contact me.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow any returns or exchanges.
Custom Wigs

Completion time for all custom units is 10-12 business days (not including holidays or weekends)

Shipping is 2-3 Days via USPS

Custom units are FINAL SALE. Units are created using customers’ specific measurements therefore we cannot accept return or exchanges.

If a customer has an issue with their unit, revisions will be accepted for reasonable cause. Please click here to contact Crownedbytiara for wig issues directly .
Late/Cancellation/No Show Policy

Crownedbytiara allows a 15 minute grace period for late clients upon approved communication. Client must contact Crownedbytiara if he/she will be late to appointment. If client dosent communicate for being late Crownedbytiara does have the right to refuse service and allow you to reschedule your appointment.

In the event you have to cancel You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows.

If a No-Show occurs and client hasn’t communicated with Crownedbytiara , you will not be able to re-book.
